I've been walking with decent regularity and I'm not sure if it has been improving my health, but it's good thinking time. And laughing time since I have been catching up on a lot of podcasts. Also, I do terrible things like meet a friend at McDonald's and eat some fries. After gulping down a chu-hi from the supermarket. Muscat flavored. It was good. And now I am super, super sleepy.
But my fancy watch tells me I walked off some calories! So, that's something.
