I almost took a nap at nine tonight. Instead, I went for a walk. Now I'm unsure if I am going to get to sleep any time soon. I'm mostly bummed as I hit 9366 steps instead of a nice 10k. I thought I had the right amount but I just missed it. Oh well. As it is getting warmer I think I will try to round out my daily step count with an evening walk. Then again, I'm in the mood to work now and not in the mood to go to bed, which at eleven at night would be the optimal choice.
