Around ten years ago, I was about to enter a classroom for some class I have forgotten everything about except the following event. There was a note taped to the door. "Class canceled today. This is not an April Fool's joke. Class is really canceled." And yet about five of us just waited a few minutes past the class start time to make sure it was canceled. Since every project needs a name, say hello to Fated Final Voyage. Name subject to change.
Getting the basic walking around and interaction engine took a few days. I love the little "!" that will pop up above the character's head when they are next to something they can inspect. The scripting engine is even ready to add items to the inventory, but there just isn't an inventory to put them into. Yet.
