Time for sticks

The new Final Fantasty Legends: Crystal of Time game mixes stamina games with traditional RPGs. The battle feels like FFX in how it shows the line up and where the character's move will take place. Holding down the command instead of tapping it lets you see this before committing. An elegant UI. There are coins, er, crystals which can be used to continue if a mission is failed. Or to unlock more treasure at the end of said dungeon. Free unlocks are earned by defeating enemies consecutively without using too many actions or having party members die. Xenogears is continuing to be not only talky, but confuse me with its usage of analogue sticks for a mech fighting game. Have I complained about this before? I feel like I've complained about this before. Xenogears is weird.
