Having long been looking for an exercise routine for a while, I have begun running in place in the morning. Seems silly, but when I decided to run in the morning this week I was met with rainy weather. Then another day of rain. So I ran in place. Because I could do it. And I have been doing it. And perhaps I will continue to do it.
I caught a hell of a cold early August and it knocked me on my ass pretty hard. I am “better” and yet some part of it still lingers uncomfortably, practically ruining my summer. So I take this as a sign that i need some sort of exercise routine to up the my health. I am in my thirties after all. So running in place. I am sure some will tell me it is bad for x, y or z reasons, but moving more than not needs to be the starting point.
