I got checked out last week and I do not have diabetes like I feared. Yay! I do, however, have high cholesterol. I am not cholesterolatition but it was only three “points” higher than the “acceptable” range. So I hope that slight diet changes can improve things. Maybe?

It is kind of disappointing as I felt as if I was eating healthier. Yes, I did indulge in some junk here and there but maybe once a week? Exercise is probably what I need the most and yet I just cannot bring myself to do it. What with the teaching, translating and programming taking up the time that they do. Not to mention family life.

Going to have to find some time somewhere. Maybe less Hearthstone? But that is exercise for my mind.
