Cooking with Eric

I have been doing the cooking for the past week and had forgotten how relaxing it can be. Following recipes is easy enough that I just zone out to a podcast and try not to chop off any fingers.

There are also pleasant little discoveries such that “boiling” spinach in a frying pan with a little bit of water ends up being far tastier than proper boiling and straining. I had already used our other pots for the other dishes so, drastic moments make their calls as they do.
